Account Registration and Management
2.1
Account Creation
To access the full l8899 Platform you must create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. You agree to keep your registration information accurate and current at all times. l8899 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documents at any time. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

One Account Policy
Each player may hold only one active account on the l8899 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly forbidden. If l8899 discovers that a player has registered multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately, all balances including bonuses will be forfeited, and all pending withdrawals will be cancelled. l8899 may also seek recovery of funds already withdrawn from duplicate accounts.

Before any withdrawal is processed, l8899 may require completion of KYC verification and confirmation that applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds have been fully met. 3.3
Currency and Funds Integrity
All transactions on the l8899 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l8899 does not support multi-currency accounts. Section 5
Prohibited Conduct
By using the l8899 Platform you agree not to engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or that may harm the Platform, other players, or l8899. The following conducts are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and recovery of all funds:

Fraud and Misrepresentation
You must not provide false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point. Account Suspension and Termination

6.2
Closure by Player
You may close your l8899 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining real-money balance net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Effect of Termination

Indirect and Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l8899 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. l8899's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
